Angelika Sher born in 1969, Lithuania
Lives and works in Israel.
Since graduating from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, Angelika Sher has established herself as a critically-acclaimed professional photographer through a series of exhibitions both in Israel and abroad. Notably, Angelika has held solo exhibitions in Ramat Gan Museum, Israel, Milan’s Camera 16 Gallery, the Pobeda Gallery in Moscow and the Zemach Gallery in Tel-Aviv. Angelika’s work came in third place in Sony’s World Photo Awards in the Fine Art category. Her photographs subsequently travelled the world as part of Sony’s WPA tour and were exhibited in London, Tokyo, New York and Hong-Kong among others.
