Rebecca Brodskis


Rebecca Brodskis was born in France in 1988. She studied painting at the ateliers des Beaux Arts de la Ville de Paris and at Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in London. Shortly thereafter, she worked in New York City as the assistant to the Norwegian artist, Lars Laumann. After some time in New York, Brodskis returned to Europe and chose Berlin as her new home base. Having always been attracted by theoretical studies, she completed a Masters degree in sociology on the themes of vulnerabilities and social crisis. She left Berlin to go and spend some years in Tel-Aviv. Brodskis is now based in Paris following her career as a painter. Brodskis works have been exhibited throughout Europe in London, Berlin, Budapest, Paris and in Israel. Recent solo exhibitions include “Unsettled Disorders” Canopy Gallery, Netanya (2019), Dependance, Mariokreuzberg Gallery, Berlin (2019), Drifting Singularities, Sputnik Gallery, Tel Aviv (2017), The Broken Faces, Larry Art Space, Berlin (2017).
